Prosthetic Dentistry

Crown

Crowns are the best way to save a tooth and strengthen it. Dentist use a crown to entirely cover a damaged tooth. They are made to match the colour of your natural teeth. Besides strengthening, they can be used to improve your teeth's appearance, shape and alignment. Unlike removable devices like dentures crowns are cemented onto existing teeth and can only be removed by your dentist.

It consist of an artificial tooth anchored to the natural teeth on each side of the gap.

Both crown and bridges can be made from porcelain, metal alloys or combination of both materials.

Our team will discuss the different types of materials that can be used and discuss the best option for you and your teeth.
